Welcome to Tackleticket.com.  This website will help provide information on what your options are if you receive a ticket.

Non-Moving or parking violations are general parking tickets that are given. Examples of these are expired meters, street cleaning, double parking, fire hydrants, crosswalks, sidewalks, no parking zones, bus stops and even camera violations.  These tickets are issued on the vehicle and do not require a court appearance. You may pay it directly to the city or mail in a not guilty plea with your defense.  Use the links on the "useful links" page. You can even fight it online as well or if you want to fight it in person you can go to the location listed on the back of your ticket at your convenience.

Moving violations or Traffic tickets are tickets issued on the driver of the vehicle in most cases, and do require a court appearance.  These include, speeding, red lights, talking on a cell phone, holding an electronic device, illegal turn, failure to yield to pedestrians crossing, no seat belt, to list a few. Since these require an appearance in court, you can appear yourself or have an experienced attorney represent you. You must schedule a court date in advance and appear at the date and time you are assigned.   If you choose to plead guilty,  the fine must be paid and any points associated with the violation are added to your license.  Please be aware more than 6 points adds a driver assessment fee as well.  Please do not ignore these tickets as they can lead to license suspension and heavy fines.
